Bolingbrook, IL — A pair of new gym shoes valued at $70 was reported taken at 7:15 p.m. May 11 from Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Road, police said.
According to police, witnesses said they saw a man try on a new pair of Nike shoes, then place the shoes he was wearing into the shoe box before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
The man left the area in a vehicle, according to police.
